Fall has finally arrived!  The leaves are just beginning to show hues of orange, yellow, and red.  This time of year always has me craving apples! And, apples go perfectly with the flavors of potatoes and onions.  And really, who doesn't love a potato pancake?!? I decided to top them with mini turkey burgers.  Yum!
