Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are my absolute favorite!  I feel the need to make them every year around the holidays.  And, maybe other times of the year too...  I doubled the recipe and used 1 c. of dark chocolate chips and 1 c. of dark chocolate m&ms.  Yum! 25-30 minutes 1 large egg 1/2 c.
