This is truly a delightful and refreshing Watermelon Jelly which is very easy to prepare.  I used konnyaku powder and fresh lime juice to make this jelly.  Is one perfect cool dessert which can be served at any time of the day, more so in our hot weather here.     Watermelon Jelly 西瓜果冻 Author: Ann
