It’s Christmas week and you need to be baking something with candy canes. I love Candy Cane Brownies, and so why wouldn’t peppermint blondies be fabulous. The blondies themselves are pretty standard with butter and white chocolate chips, but they have a small amount of crushed candy canes in the batter itself. They are finished off with just a thin layer of peppermint frosting and then topped with crushed candy canes. I gave one to a friend to try and she said they taste just like Christmas.
