Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Galette with Caramelized Onions and Crimini Mushrooms
Pastry closely adapted from Deb Perelman; Filling inspired by Deb Perelman. Note that this recipe does require chilling time and start early. Also, you can cook the onions and mushrooms consecutively to save on cleaning a pan, but if you have 2 pans, it is easier and quicker to cook them simultaneously. Do whichever works better for you.
