If I were to make a list of my top ten comfort foods, Chicken Pot Pie would definitely be on the list. Why? Because of it's moist, tender chicken chunks, vegetables and indulgent, savory cream sauce.  So, it definitely checks a lot of boxes.  I like to use french onion soup style bowls for this
