Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas are one of the easiest things I've ever made.  In fact, it is now one of my husband's favorite dishes!! The great thing about this recipe (besides it being cooked in my crockpot) is that it only uses ingredients to season the meat that I typically have on hand anyway.
