Happy Cinco de Mayo! During a regular week, Fridays call for a frosty cocktail; but, on a Friday that is also Cinco de Mayo- margaritas, tacos, and chips & salsa all around! With spring weather finally upon us, a margarita made with fresh strawberries seemed like the perfect addition to my tequila and lime juice.
