This creamy sauce is so refreshing and easy to make, goes great with tacos or as a salad dressing.  I prefer making my own sauces whenever possible: Many store bought sauces and dressings are filled with preservatives and ingredients I can't even prononce. By making my own, I know exactly what ingredients I am using.
