Last week I needed to bring a treat for a 7-hour meeting.  In my opinion, it's difficult to go wrong with chocolate!  After sitting for all of those hours, I will definitely need some dark chocolate...in an IV!!  Luckily, some of my favorite things to create are mini desserts.  I LOVE to make little bites
