I have been using this Apple Cider Vinegar Cocktail on a regular basis for about 3 years now. There were a few times where I was away from home for some time and times where I would forget to bring it along and skip the daily dose of it. That is totally ok when done infrequently. But as with success in anything, consistency is key.
