🍀 Happy St. Patty's Day!  🍀 This year I decided to use pistachios to add some green to my St. Patty's dessert.  And since I would be using my food processor to grind the nuts, I figured a shortbread cookie would be perfect.  Then, I could prepare the entire dough using just the food processor.
