Thumbprint cookies. I'm a sucker for them.  I especially LOVE the ones that come out of the Whole Foods bakery.  I'd take one of those over a piece of chocolate any day. (Gasp, did I really say that?!)  I'm surprised I didn't come up with this recipe sooner, considering it only took about 10 minutes
