So, I recently made and fell in LOVE with pistachio shortbread. Then, I dipped it in dark chocolate...yum!! Sweet, buttery, delicious. Oh- and did I mention...whole grain!!! Then, Easter was on the horizon and carrot cake 🥕 became front and center. Of course, I had to marry the two. Happy (almost) Easter!! 🥕🐰🥕 PS-
