I cannot tell you how exciting this day is for me! I began work on my first cookbook project in the summer of 2011, tested recipes like mad through the end of 2011, and turned the manuscript in early in 2012. Then I waited. And edited. And waited. And proofread. And waited. And reviewed copy.
