I was an adult the first time I remember trying Brussels sprouts.  I bought a frozen bag and went for a simple cooking method.  I can't recall if I intentionally steamed them or attempted to roast them in the oven, but the result was the same...steamed sprouts with only salt and pepper.  Ummmmm...cooking foul.  No
