Easter is just around the corner!  We are excited for the grass to start turning green, leaves to bud and flowers to bloom.   One of our favorite Easter (or any holiday really) sides is this Striped    Jell-O salad.  Its layered with four flavors of Jell-O that makes for a light and refreshing treat.
