East Timor Rujak is yummy! It is of Indonesian origin.   I served the fruit salad with some cream and nuts, it was a delicious way to end our East Timorese meal.  They also enjoy many Portuguese style desserts in their cuisine as well.  I opted for the lightness of fruit. Craving even more?  Be
