I was in the mood to experiment tonight. I love BBQ pulled pork sandwiches piled high with pickles and onions served with a side of baked beans. So I thought…why not combine the baked beans with the meat? I named the dish Sloppy Jims (after my father-in-law) because they start with a batch of Jimbo’s
