I'm a hummus junkie, especially when I walk into Trader Joe's.  Honestly, I could use a lawn chair when I walk in, as I comb the shelves for 20 minutes before loading my cart with the amazing varieties.  It's exhausting!  The options are endless, but roasted garlic, eggplant, edamame, spicy, and tomato basil happen to be my
