I'm a big fan of cornbread in all it's varieties. I love it plain with some butter or jam, and especially with the addition of jalapeno and cheddar. I even tried pumpkin cornbread last Fall and loved that too. And I always use cornbread in my holiday stuffing. It's just not the same without it!
