Ginger Crinkle Cookies are a family favorite in our house and I make them often.  They don't look like Christmas cookies, but they always join my Christmas cookie line-up.  I made a batch yesterday and left them on the counter to cool.  Later in the afternoon Brian said, "Please put those cookies away, I can't stop eating them."
