These Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies are my standard chocolate chip cookie.  The rolled oats make them extra special.  They're wonderful any day, but perfect on a snow day. Baking cookies with my mom, playing monopoly with my sister, building a snow fort in our front yard and tobogganing — these are my favorite memories of snow days
