By Kevin Williams Ah, autumn. That's when we typically think of fresh cider, crisp apples, frosty mornings and sunny afternoons. But, of course, in today's convenience-filled world one can enjoy apples year-round from their supermarket.  My mother had some extra apples on hand last week and decided to dip into my recipe files for an
