If your family is anything like mine, sitting down to dinner together can be a real challenge some nights. With two teenagers and a 10 year-old, there is plenty going on. We're especially busy this time of year with soccer games, end of school-year activities and (gasp!) my oldest getting ready to graduate from high school.
