When I want to impress my friends with a stunning dessert that I can make in advance for the most part, this is one of my favorites. I can have the phyllo dough cookies, the créme brûlèe, and the raspberry coulis ready beforehand, and it looks so sophisticated that everyone thinks I´ve been working for
