Debbie makes gazpacho all the time in the summer.  I don’t know why I don’t make it more often cuz it's so good and so refreshing when it so hot out.  You don't even need to turn on the stove. This is actually my Grandma Pat’s recipe.  Debbie stopped by her house on the way to mine
