Cranberry, Pumpkin Seed and Salted Caramel Bark
Note: I made this bark ultra thin, as that’s what I felt like, but you could easily make the chocolate layer thicker if you prefer thicker bark. Just double the amount of chocolate used. You can see in the pictures that I made some a bit thicker by adding another layer of chocolate over top of the finished bark. I preferred the thinner bark, and also thought it looked prettier with the chocolate on the bottom, so I think I would add chocolate to the bottom layer, rather than more on top if you want it to be thicker.
