Roasted and Fresh Carrots with Lentils are a delicious addition to your holiday table or the perfect side to to any main.   We always have luck growing carrots in containers on our deck. Not so much luck with radishes (worms) or lettuce (aphids) however but we haven't given up yet amidst trying almost everything.
