OMG, this is one of the BEST dishes I’ve ever made, and definitely worth a little extra effort. Tom said he wanted Bacon Mushroom Leek Pie for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don't count the calories when you make something as special as this. Life is short and you have to splurge once in a while
