This is absolutely the easiest appetizer you can imagine, but it's also delicious! All you need is a package of cream cheese, a jar of seafood cocktail sauce (or make you own from my recipe), and some salad-sized shrimp. You put the cream cheese on a plate, pour the sauce over and top with shrimp.
