  Pico de Gallo Ingredients: 2 cups tomatoes, diced 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped 1/2 medium white onion, diced 1 tablespoon jalapeño, seeded, veins removed, and minced Kosher salt, to taste Preparation: In medium bowl, add tomatoes, Onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
