My kids each had a friend sleepover on Friday night. While the boys opted for homemade French bread pizza, the girls requested homemade refried beans, chips, and spicy salsa for their dinner.  If you have time to make homemade refried beans, do it. They are a million times better than canned beans and they are very economical
