Why oh why did it take me SO long to make homemade applesauce? I can't believe how utterly simple it is to make and how happy it made my children. I cooked the apples for a little longer to ensure the applesauce would be very smooth when I blended it. This cinnamon applesauce had a nice sweet/tart
