I decided to whip up a batch of pumpkin granola for breakfast and snacks this week. This granola took just a few minutes to throw together, smelled amazing while it baked, and tasted fantastic. I've never tried making pumpkin flavored granola before and I am so glad I finally tried it because it's SO good!
