Sometimes I really just want some chocolate! This recipe is a great way to satisfy that sweet tooth without all of the guilt.  After baking, I place the muffins in an air tight container and freeze.  This way we always have a from-scratch yummy treat for the family to enjoy whenever we want.  Keeping these muffins on hand really helps
