As I write this post, I'm sitting at LAX waiting to board a flight to St. Louis.  I'm spending the weekend with my sister, brother, his fiancé and my mom- whom is celebrating her 60th birthday this Sunday.  I'm sipping a latte - just a regular ol' latte but I'm really wishing I were sipping
