Our sweet little girl turned 5 last week.   (My how time flies!)   For her birthday meal, she requested none other than her favorite food...Chicken Strips!   Yes, I have a degree in wellness and my daughters favorite food is fired chicken strips.   My professors are cringing now.  lol. There is a great story behind this
