Every year I get so excited about the first rhubarb. I always raid the rhubarb plant for just enough to make some sort of dessert to highlight this uniquely tart spring ingredient. Weirdly enough rhubarb is actually a vegetable, but somehow I never seem to do anything savory with it, (I really should change right away
