Fresh pineapple and mango simply cut up and served right inside the pineapple itself is a wonderful ending to any meal and especially satisfying after the fiery heat of our amazing Niger and Nigeria meal.  The sweetness and coolness of these tropical fruits is always a delight.  Dessert is not often served after a meal
