Sticky Cranberry Gingerbread
I cut back on the amount of sugar in this recipe. The next time I try it I will mix the cranberries with ½ cup of orange juice and not use any sugar for step 2 in this recipe. I would use skim or almond milk and maybe add more milk and cut back on the maple syrup as well. An easy way to grate the ginger is by using a very fine microplane.
