Simple, creamy and refreshing are three words I would use to describe this lemon dessert.   Essentially it is just homemade lemon pudding (which is wonderful by itself) but adding some crushed graham crackers to the bottom of your serving dish and topping it with some fresh fruit make this dessert seem much more elegant.
