I struggled so hard coming up with a name for this recipe. It's steel cut oats meets apple pie meets apple cake. All gluten free and smothered in a peanut butter glaze. In the end we went with GF steel cut oat apple cake with peanut butter syrup. Acceptable? Like you totally want this recipe
