A Pomegranate Martini is perfect for this time of year! It’s such a festive time with the Christmas lights and the music and the festivities! Lots of you will be either going to a party or having your own. This year I am hosting New Years Eve. I alternate with 2 friends of mine and this year it’s my turn. One of the drinks on the menu is a Pomegranate Martini! Perfect for Christmas and New Years Eve! The color is really lovely….that delicious looking red color! This martini is really easy to make and only involves a couple of ingredients. Just double/triple it, if you need it for a few more people!
