Adana is a city in Southern Turkey and Adana Kebabs (Kebap) come from that area. They are normally made with ground lamb and put into a large metal skewer and grilled. Since I don't eat lamb, I made mine with ground chicken.  For a different and much easier twist on the traditional kebab, I shaped
