*Just a note: You don't need to strain the cashews once blended since they're so soft they won't leave a gritty texture. However if you don't like a slight chew to your milkshake you can run it through a cheese cloth covered fine mesh sieve and press out the milk. Just note that your final product will be significantly runnier than the one pictured.
