I made this Fig Mint Ice Cream for National Creative Ice Cream Flavor Day. I've made other ice creams since that time, but nothing compared to the Fig Mint, nothing at all. It's so incredibly unique and such a soft texture that National Soft Ice Cream Day had to be met with nothing but a
