I have been on a Middle Eastern cuisine kick lately.  I love all the flavors and spices and it seems that I can’t get enough of it….LOL!!!  My Middle Eastern Chicken Kebabs are similar to my Turkish Adana Kebabs and are made with ground chicken, which can be found over here or my Lebanese Kafta
