Yes I still have apples….I told you that I tend to go a little overboard when apple picking. Luckily this dessert made a decent dent in my Mcintosh stash. These oat squares turned out great.  The crust is nice and soft. And the pecans add a little crunch to the topping.  They are a guilt free treat
