Baked Rigatoni For this dish, any sturdy pasta will work just fine. I figured the rigatoni would hold up pretty well, but mostaccioli, penne, rotini, shells, or any similar pasta would be great!  I even thought about using "radiatore" but figured they were a bit small (but very cute!!)....  If you ever have a chance
